Yes, this was a good match for me. I have been in a Supervisory or Management position the majority of my carrier and have had to deal with disgruntled employees many times. I found the delivery to be monotone, and the slides dated. Information were redundant, and overall, i struggled to find a logical thread through the course that would have caught my attention.
