REBT have a great work in ensuring that people in an emotional situations that have affected their quality of life based on challenges or life circumstances this therapy is able to aid the person or individual come back to normal level, one problem is that it can happen to anybody either a child, parent or teachers, so this therapy is a great answer in resolving this life challenges we all go through.
