This is the conditioning side of martial arts course I invite all grades and all sporting activities to join me here in this course I am 58 years old been training from a boy this is 3/4 of my life in training you be surprised in what you will learn you will learn some things that most likely things you never knew about it will help you in any sport activity including self-defense in any art or boxing types or wrestling types I challenge you all to this training the student martial artis must understand to condition the body they must also understand about how to become flexible they need understanding also in how to strengthened the body they also need to understand how to actually train the mind and also understand all about fitness above that all these are balanced out in your training with also martial art practice these are also good for any sport activity even fun to do during history sports have been around even from BC LIKE OLYMIPIC GAMES you must train hard here seriously no clouding around a serious practitioner will get up in the morning early or perhaps AFTER HOURS the person would train for ages this is compulsory for people competing in sports you must be well conditioned well trained solid mind focus to what you do, do not ever quit be patent in order to get to where you want to go in life enjoy your workouts
