Why take this course?

Imagine a world of connected "things" (devices, vehicles, buildings) able to talk to a network, internet, to themselves and be able to take actions ?

Welcome to the IOT(Internet of Things) space, a new revolution, which will have 212 Billion Installed things, 30 Billion autonomously connected things, 3 Million Peta Bytes off Embedded Systems Data by 2020, spanning across all verticals estimated at a value of $8.9 trillion.

Those are some good reasons to look in this direction, Personally it is a truly unique space, as you get to work on both the hardware and the software side of things, be able to connect to the internet and create spectacular devices and solutions.

This course is designed to enable "YOU" to  create amazing IOT products and solutions from scratch all the way to the market.Learn it by creating 3 IOT devices from scratch for Home Automation, Building Security and Assisted Living use cases!

The focus in this course it to enable and equip the audience to immediately start building IOT products. We touch all the necessary software, hardware, platform, protocols, everything in between to the point it is required. Additional study material is provided for a deep dive.

Soon there will be more apples coming out of the garage! imagination will be the only limitation.

This is not the course I thought it was the quality of the videos is very bad, and a lot of the videos is the same and repeat of the knowledge different ways, but the same information I want the phone to my credit to purchase another Course

This course delves into the fundamental concepts and technologies that underpin the IoT, enabling students to understand how devices communicate, gather and exchange data, and make intelligent decisions.

The contents are very good, just some suggestions to improve it: better audio quality, better video framing and zooming in, better hand drawings and schematics.

I had basics knowledge of IoT before. but this course gave a lot more knowledge and I got to know more about IoT and little bit of PCB design. And some idea how to launch product in market. Overall It was a great experience.

Too primitive even considering the course material dates back to 2020. Technology & IoT was already advanced a lot compared to the course material. Definitely the presenter & the material do not posses industrial or practical knowledge of IoT use case. Basics looks straight from college textbook & even resource contacts are also not prominent personalities in the field.

this course was good, this increased my knowledge about the iot products and iot platforms. I think this was my good idea of doing this course. but maybe if the videos were longer (approx. half an hour) it would have been better. maybe teaching a little more about programming of arduino, node mcu, it would have increased my knowledge even more. and maybe it could let me be able to build a product that is not one of the three mentioned in the course discription

this course isn't for beginers and it's hard to understand at starting stage and the person here just keeps saying this fastly

The way of explanation is really awful. Pronunciation is not clear, the structure is poor, audio quality is worse than most courses, and the audio is trimmed in between the lectures which is leading to statements ending unexpectedly and without making any sense.

The course presentation is relatively good .. It would be great to not use handwriting along the way especially for the figures ... The structure related to the internet communication and connection was not that good ... In addition, some of the IoT platforms are not operational any more ... Some more details about how to do http, mqtt, php, and sql would be a great addition. Giving simple examples of how to display sensor readings on some web browser would be very useful along with some buttons to turn on/off some devices.

It has broken my knowledge of the firmware and components of IoT devices. wish there could be practical experience

Prejudice comes from the latin prefix from prae, meaning before and iūdicium, meaning judgment. If I issue a judgement before knowing the course content, I will be prejudiced against the author of the course. A fifth star would have been given if circuit analysis was performed on the circuits presented. We are told to use resistor of certain values without the proper justification.

This course covers all the spheres of IOT but everything is explained in very brief manner, this course could be of large duration to explain everything perfectly.

1) presentation could be better 2) usage of pencil to demonstrate , explain pin diagram on Ardunio UNO board is strongly discourage 3) camera could have been set properly while explaining an actual circuit.
