The course is not over. So far it has been useful. I'm an brand new to Citrix. I need to know terminolodgy, overview, network ports and protocols, common issues, etc.

The contents are disconnected or not completed at the end of few lessons. And don't see the course is much informative.

I had no issue with the volume of the speakers but there were some sessions that seemed to end prematurely.

The voices volume are different sometimes making hearing difficult; some videos last parts are cut off especially in lecture 12 after the CPU process locked and the course ended.

a very well done refresher for someone who has limited experience but needs to become more familiar with the fundamentals of the citrix environment. The instructor was workingg at just the right pace for material at this level, and created a fun atmosphere that takes a layer off some of the less interesting yet essential content. the discussion on the azure tool was a welcome surprise.

MORE TECHNICAL. NOT MANY EXAMPLES GIVEN. NEED TO WORK AROUND LOT OF TERMS IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE TUTOR SAYING DUE TO LACK OF GIVING EXAMPLE.
