The course goes on to explain why such requirements exist, how they are set and changed, and who is responsible for them including the consequences of not complying. Then the course explains the three major types of compliance requirements including recognition, prevention and identification.

The third section includes changing trends in compliance which include privacy, ethics, corporate social responsibility and sustainability. This course concludes by addressing how compliance affects organizations, industries and individuals over time.

The purpose of this course is to explain what compliance is, how it is used and what purpose it serves. The course outlines the three major types of compliance requirements including recognition, prevention and identification.

Compliance refers to "the act of complying with a rule, law, directive or standard". However this does not cover all uses of the term as there are many different definitions depending on which industry or company you are working in. In addition there is a distinction to be made between compliance and conformity. Compliance refers to "the act of complying with a rule, law, directive or standard".

The participants will learn about the following areas:

- Regulatory bodies and compliance requirements as they pertain to specific business or industry sectors, including those that provide services to those sectors.

- Compliance management plan development, including the roles and responsibilities of the project team members.

- Operationalizing a compliance management plan using a risk based approach. The course also covers tools that are available to assist with risk management.

- Compliance requirements for each phase of the project life cycle, including awareness, justification, design/planning, transition and operation/maintenance phases.

- How compliance is measured using metrics and KPIs.

Audience: This course is intended for all individuals responsible for or impacted by compliance management in a given project or organization.

sometimes Information doesn't really follow a logical order. Quiz questions mostly don't match the previous subject or some of the questions subjects were not even really seen in the previous lesson or are reffered to in a different terminology or with abreviated terms. Very confusing and creates uncertainty for moving forward to the next lesson. Final Quiz is the best example of these issues.

I can tell the author(s) tried their best to gather as many resources as possible, the notes are great, but the videos/PPT are not so good, there are so many mistakes in the transcript and personally I do not prefer machine voices. Still thank you for all the efforts but I believe it can be better.

I have learnt what compliance management is and it is process of developing, monitoring and reviewing rules and how the organization flow them. Also I learnt CMS setting regulation, business principle, law and correction of actions and check if there are consistence to verify if expectation is meet or not. Also I understand well the importance of compliance management: To safeguard the organization's interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and standards, compliance management is crucial. Additionally, it promotes moral conduct at work, assists in lowering costs related to non-compliance, and helps the firm build a favorable reputation. Additionally, compliance management can assist businesses in gaining the confidence of their clients and other stakeholders. As well as I learnt about the different b/w ethics and compliance While compliance focuses on upholding legal requirements and regulatory standards, ethics refers to the moral beliefs and ideals of a company. While the two are related, they are separate ideas. While compliance ensures that firms uphold their legal commitments, ethics establishes standards for ethical behavior in the workplace.

did not feel like it went deep enough into concepts a robot reading a text is not a very engaging way of teaching, aligned with not the whole text being available in written form and nothing being available for download

The deliver was very automated vs a real classroom experience. For instance, I felt the need to turn on the caption option in order to see all of the key points because the robot did not list such throughout the presentation.

There are lots of things said but no resources or notes - like the list of things a CMS should have (trained employees, etc.) Also the monotone voice is really hard to pay attention too. A person speaking with their video or even just a human voice would have been better. I have to re listen to things because its so hard to pay attention to the same screen and voice - like do I write, listen or read? What is important? IDK
