It was a really basic course of using the body weight with simple exercise. I recommend it for pure beginners.

I left this rating because the course was great. I only have one minor complaint about the course and that is the volume on it changes a lot and is not consistent. Other than that the instructors accomplished what they sought out to do with the course and I am very happy to recommend the course to others.

A good overview for a beginner or an advanced trainer to exercise and stretch without the need for a gym or equipment. pretty self explanatory exercises but well shown and detail to show good form etc

He is pretty concise and precise so the lectures don't take much time and the course flows from one exercise to the next. Overall, it shows many calisthenics exercises you can choose from.

I am not really into fitness. I got this course because I am enrolled in Alex's other business courses and I got his coaching in the past. But the exercises in this course are pretty doable, and don't need equipment so now I have no excuse

I knew about calisthenics before, but I never really did it because I didn't know that many exercises other than situps and pushups, but now I have more exercises than I know what to do with, so I can have real workouts.

I enjoyed this course and it has many different excercises and variations to keep it interesting. The instructor is very good and takes the time to show how to complete the excercises. Only criticism is the sound quality in most of the videos can be poor and you need to bump up the volume to hear the instructor clearly. Would recommend to a friend.
