Audio is very bad although the scripts help. It will help more exercises and more examples to help reflecto on beliefs around body image. Information in becoming body positive and body minduflness is repeated.

I am still at the very beginning of this course, and so far I think that Ph.D Pavlova has built systematically the most important reasons as to why are we as humans battling with the said eating conditions - from ether seeing food as our worst nightmare and falling into the underweight category to looking for comfort in food and becoming overweight. She has a detailed way of portraying those reasons, and I like how she incorporates her profession into this subject of matter. I loved the small meditation exercises and I even dedicated a notebook specifically for them, because I personally enjoy to train my brain with small tasks, which sometimes ends up in changing my perspective about how I see myself; I could even use them for discussions with my friends, who are also dealing with abusive thoughts about their body image, and I will totally recommend this course to them.
