Good course so far but it would have been good to see the customer app being created as it seemed to jump forward between sections 3 and 4 of the course

This is a good enough course to get a hang on the actual use of a CRM by a business(scale does not matter). The course is To the point , does not give lengthy explanations, and provides relevant examples. Worth the time spent. Thanks :)

Very good overview of what is possible to do with Podio. It walks you through step by step how to set up apps, and create automated work flows, so you can follow along and work on your workspaces as you go along. It's very straight and to the point. One key aspect that wasn't touched on is how to attach relevant emails to app items, and (if possible) respond to those emails from Podio. That's something I think is essential for any CRM!

Building a CRM with Podio or with any other software involves customers, organization, tasks, follow ups, deal creation, quotes, etc. I think this course is limited because you never see a complete CRM created in Podio.
