the audio is terrible. not really easy to focus. the introduction in each section is kind of not nice. content... not able really to absorb as per quality of the audios

This course was surely one of the most helpful ones out of the rest of Ph.D. Pavlova's "7 Keys to ULTIMATE Confidence, Body, and Self-Esteem" program to me, as I have always dealt with the lack of beliefs about what can I achieve as an artist, which can possibly stand out of the rest. Her methods included another portion of tasks, which force you to rethink about how you perceived yourself all those years, without truly having the gut to admit to yourself first and foremost... that you're a single breathing creature, and you never believed in your own abilities, but expected the world to do it for you, which is exactly what you should never do. I will not spoil any of her work any more, so I hope you guys figure it out yourself!

This course is a good tool to explore the inner self-critic, whose tinny voice freezes you to evolve! It's good for all of you who are looking for some answer to the question: why things sometimes don't work out for me, even if I work so hard...
