This is a wonderful course. It breaks down the entire process of doing a pull up. Ivan provides a complete workout routine to help in achieving not just pull-ups but also a good upper body. All the moves have good demonstration.

I watched this course although I already know about and can do a lot of pull ups. I suppose that beginners who really follow the instructions can match their goal to achieve their first accurate pull up. For me, I found new inspiration for my own personal workout. I will come back the next days and from time to time. Great course, and even for free! Just do it!

I've always wanted to be able to do pull ups but I would always give up when I couldn't achieve them. This course quickly helped me gain the knowledge and strength to be able to do pull ups quite easliy. The 30 Degreee technique and the progressive isolation exercises will have you doing pull ups in no time. Big thumbs up. It's all about engaging the correct muscles. :)
