You need a better narrator, she is terrible. She sounds unintelligent constantly saying "OK". Also sounds like she is eating or something going on in the background. Not to mention the errors while she was reading.

Many things were mentioned and not explained, the most important being how to actually find a carrier to work for since without a carrier or Driver, you're not even in business. Another thing about the course is that she mentions the load boards but I still have no clue how to sign up for one, where to find it, Or what is required. For many people, these steps might be common sense but for someone who knows absolutely nothing about the freight industry and has to take this course as their introduction, they will be at a loss just as I am. I'm sorry, I feel the course provided good information but I cannot say in confidence that I know where to start from here.
