I honestly expected more from this course, the instructor does nothing more than read the slides and when there is room to make an explanation he simply does not do it and skips to the next topic, the basic information is fine only if you do not have basic knowledge of HPLC, The videos it shows about the equipment are of very poor quality, it does not show a real result or chromatogram and in problems it only gives the data already calculated. In summary, the course is only useful for people who want to know the fundamentals of HPLC, and even then it is necessary to complement it with additional information

The topics covered in this course is basic (I already know 97% of the stuff already) and im not a PhD, personally my only takeaway from this course is in the last part explaining each parameter of HPLC such as wavelength detection, column, flow rate etc effect the chromatogram result. Other thing i would point out is how the lesson are delivered, i feel like its not well prepared no script, only power point, messy sentences. All and all i wouldnt say it worth the price

It is a solid surface level course that is great for picking up the basics, but it doesnt delve into some of the deeper level topics I expected it to go into. I was hoping for a deeper breakdown into why certain columns are suitable for specific tests. Why would you use refractive index vs UV? Why certain molecules are better suited for specific column types, sizes, etc. What determines what phase column you would use in specific selections, sure at a surface level it makes sense, but I just felt more information could have been shared.

The course was just ok for skimming HPLC overview and nothing as claimed to be of becoming a master. For someone like who has worked on HPLC a while back and need to brush up my HPLC, the course is total waste and contain not much knowledge or prospective for a working professional.
