Je comprends que ce n'est qu'un aperçu d'un cours plus élaboré. Cependant, le présentateur semble peu expérimenté dans le domaine large qu'est la boxe. Cet aperçcu ne me donne pas envie d'investir plus dans une formation plus complète.

The language barrier is a problem, his pronunciation of certain words is a bit difficult to make out. Also, the instructor doesn’t look to enthusiastic to teach the course

This would be fine if you are looking for fitness and just going threw the motion. However, not well for anyone looking to actually box or learn technique.
