Really solid explanation of the diverse range of concepts covered by this certification. Serious effort is made to demonstrate hands-on execution of the material that goes through setup and everything. Very good course.

topics in the later half of the course were just breezed through. did not understand much of the material as the presenter was just reading off the slides

So far his explanations on users vs policies vs roles has been fairly poor. At one point he mentions that roles aren't important, where as best practices usually indicate that you apply policies to roles and then those roles to users and/or services in order to better track and share similar permissions. He also keeps repeatedly saying "AIM" instead of "IAM".

I am a self-made engineer who has been struggling to find the best way to learn AWS. I've tried a couple of other courses, but they were not comprehensive enough or had too much information. The AWS course from Udemy was perfect for me because it had just the right amount of material and was presented in a clear and logical manner.
