I liked this course very much. English is not instructor’s firs language, strong accent but I got used to it very quickly. Asif’s knowledge of inventor is undisputable. I can only recommend. Only thing I missed was in the end of the course one lesson about making somewhat complicated file from scratch. The course is great, detailed explanation this does this and that does that. But to be able to design something in inventor one needs a little guidance to create a complicated part, assembly and drawings. For example, the valve file. It was used in course so it would be great to see it’s creation. Since nothing works the first time, adjustments would be needed during and also the process of what comes first and what after is very important. Without the experience it is going to be more stumbling through it than designing until one finds his own way. Like I said the course is great, organized and to the point. I will continue with advanced, sheetmetal and weldment.

so far everything goes well but it is difficult to understand the text + I cannot download the videos for future studies which is not good at all.

The course is as described and goes through each topic clearly. But, there needs to be practice exercises based upon part drawings provided by the instructor. I have taken a previous SolidWorks course and the instructor provided exercises after every chapter to test your knowledge. This was very helpful and necessary. Otherwise this course is just a video book with no testing.

very informative on operation of autodesk inventor, but a bit slow-paced; I was able to learn most of lecture groups 1-5 with a few hours of tinkering with the 2015 version of autodesk. there were still many things I did not know that I do now, so still generally a good course. note: I am writing this about halfway through lecture group 5.

This course is excellent. The Material is clear, the examples are easy to understand. This is a great course for beginners. I have moved away from auto cad and now use Inventor. So MUCH content.

I completed the first quarter of this course before I simply had to stop because I found it hard to follow the instructor and because ths course seemed like a mechanical recitation of menu options and available actions rather than describing a logical work flow from a simple introduction to a more sophisticated process. The instructor's spoken English is passable but I found myself needing to parse what he was saying at times. I wanted to like this course but found it too challenging to stay with it.
