Why take this course?

INTRODUCTION

Have you ever found yourself staring at your render output and ponder over it’s lack of photo realism. Have you wanted to get into Architectural Visualization, but felt it might be very tough? Do you have basic knowledge of 3ds Max and don’t know where to go next? Have you searched to get a course that takes you right from modelling right into rendering a photo realistic scene?

Well then you are not only at the right place, but you get an added bonus – We do 2 Architectural Visualization Projects – Right from Scratch in both these scenes. So you not only learn new skills, new workflow, new way of looking at lighting, but also get to revise your skills simultaneously in the same course! How great is that?!!

But wait, I also tell you how to do some basic post processing after rendering out your scenes to get the final kick!

We have more – we not only use 3ds Max, Photoshop, as from the title you might’ve guessed, we also jump into VRAY & Marvelous Designer. Vray is used for texturing, lighting and rendering. 3ds Max for modelling the scenes obviously, Marvelous Designer to make the cloth elements of the scene. It’s a special software for cloth only. 3ds Max also does it but if you can cut a vegetable with a knife, why use a scissor to do that right?!

Lastly, you get the model files for free usage. The references used in this course were picked up from google images. Design isn’t mine but the models are.

Too much right?!

At the time of recording this course, I am loading up SCENE 1 into the course, and SCENE 2 will be gradually added over the next 2 weeks as the editing is done.

Halfway there, I didnt know to get realistic output, you would need to change camera settings as well. I never did that before.

Seems like a good course to follow. I will be online after 2 weeks so hopefully the 2nd scene is also updated.

Came to see some slight settings of Camera and Light. Saw 3 lectures on it and yes the output does turn realistic with small changes that we often miss to check. Thanks. Will go through full course when I am done with my current freelance project.

I already have some experience in 3ds max, subscribed to instructors email list. Course speed seems great. And was prompted to rate a little early but I think this is more than what I can expect from 1 course. Waiting for 2nd scene as well, till then ill continue here! Thanks.
