The course is a set of useful concentrated information and methods, that work in practice and give You visible results in 3 weeks. The course contains 9 anti-cellulite workouts, a full nutrition plan with recipes, a list of home procedures with all detailed instructions and a calendar that will help You to follow the program and to mark Your results.

To reduce cellulite, you should follow a nutrition plan based on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains.  With the current pace of life, there is a constant lack of time, therefore, I have tried to keep the nutrition plan as simple as possible so that you can prepare your meals as quickly as possible.

Besides nutrition, another factor that is extremely important in the fight against cellulite is sufficient fluid intake, as  dehydration contributes to the formation of cellulite. And if there is no lack of water in the body, the skin will be smoother. So, in addition to following the nutrition plan, we need to drink at least 2 liters of water every day.

In the case of cellulite, improving circulatory and lymphatic systems is essential. Procedures are therefore aimed at this. They will stimulate blood and lymph circulation, speed up metabolism, stimulate toxin removal and fat breakdown, as well as improve skin elasticity, and smooth and firm the skin.

In parallel, we need to do at least three workouts per week. You will get 9 workouts videos. I advise you to set three specific days you plan to do sports and do 3 workouts per week.

It is important not to delay. If you take on work, everything needs to be done within these three weeks. However, if the results are not sufficient, you can repeat the program.
