The new structure is a great tool in evaluating the high level and component level connections pivoted around the focus element. Seeing the relationship between the components and focus element is beneficial in determining if there is a single component or multiple components acting in conjunction to cause the failure. Likewise, the failure could also be linked to multiple components in separate subsystems that could potentially be missed by the evaluating engineer if not carefully/correctly analyzed. Overall, this categorization of high level, focus element, and component analysis and their relationship to the failure effect is extremely useful in visualizing the connection between components and the failure. In my opinion, an effective troubleshooting tool as well.

The instructor is easy to follow, and I can clearly understand what he is driving at. I am looking forward to seeing the explanations and examples for all of the 7 steps. I like the idea of the multi-disciplinary teams being used for guided reflection on the process steps so that all discipline aspects are a represented component of what the FMEA should represent. Often wild brainstorming can occur with an organization that doesn't seriously consider component and system interactions because communication across disciplines isn't properly represented in the review and creation processes.

The presenter did a fairly decent job in relating the topic-Would like to see more practical examples of how to use the tool. Would like to see an example of a CNC - machining process. Overall the presentation was worth the investment. J.Rough Quality & Reliability Manager

Course is good, valuable information. Suggest to use a laser pointer to see what the instructor is talking about.

The instructor started off good at the beginning of the lessons, but as you get further into the instructions. The instructor begins to become long winded about the topic he is speaking; causing me to lose interest and losing the ability to link what he is talking about to the FMEA training.

the contents were good, but it was very difficult to follow the spoken pronunciation of the trainer, and the subtitles were completely wrong often sent off road instead to help.

I am a Supplier Quality Engineer and thus work more with the PFMEA than the DFMEA. Thus I would have liked more of the PFMEA to be covered in the lecture content. Also as this is not a beginners course the PFMEA case study should be more complex

I am unable to navigate and the course keeps jumping from lesson to lesson. I never had this problem earlier

It would be better if the training time was more and available with resources for download and more detailed

I was expecting more, I am sorry to say that but in my opinion the course is not so clear and topics are not explained clearly. There are many incongruences in the slides, missing parts (e.g. process flow explained as we can see an example, but no example was showed on the slides) that made even more difficult follow the course. Transcripts are awful... Coming back in the past I wouldn't have paid for this.

Más profundidad en los ejemplos, sin embargo logra demostrar el procedimiento para realizarlo, la pronunciación no es muy buena y dificulta el entendimiento de los temas, colocar subtítulos en inglés puede mejorar el aprovechamiento del curso.

My Personal experience is normal as i expected case studies to be more in depth and quizzes at the end of each chapter.

Information provided is very clear and useful in my particular case, as I am facing a lot problems caused either by a poor design or, the lack of knowledge of the product function by Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Suppliers, etc...)
