During the course, we will be working with Adobe Lightroom CC, not the older version known as Lightroom Classic. Many of the techniques we will learn will work with both versions of Lightroom software but our focus will be on Lightroom CC desktop.

I will be setting class projects throughout the course so that you can practice the skills you have learned. By working on these projects you will create stunning images to add to your personal portfolio or CV.

This is the fourth course offered by Dan that I have attended so far. Compared to the others (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) this one is - in my opinion - not as good as the others. Nevertheless, I still love Dan's refreshing and envigorating style of teaching as well as the good sense of humour he brings in. I definitely will recomend the course to others.

The teacher takes the time to learn and repeats several things which is very cool, I like the dynamics, it's super excellent so far what I've learned is great, he makes it look cool and the best thing is that I'm using Lightroom 2023 and everything is the same.

Very good course on Lightroom. Haven't opened the software before and now it all feels very familiar! This is my third course with Dan as an instructor and he's just doing it so well. It's very easy to follow along and he's also a pretty funny guy!

I am brand new to Lightroom and the course exceeded my expectations. I now feel more than confident to start using it on my own work. Excellent course. I am a beginner user without any experience using Lightroom. Did a couple of other on line tutorials which left me quite confused. I highly recommend this course. It has answered many questions and cleared up a lot of confusion I previously had. The pace was great, tutorials very clear, and having the practice exercises helped to cement the learning.

I'm such a Dan fan. This was my 4th or 5th course taught by him. I wasn't even aware of Lightroom and I don't use it professionally, but I have an interest in photography so I went for it. I'm so glad I did! I learned enough to count it as a new skill. Lightroom is easy, intuitive, and fun! It's also just fun listening to Daniel Walter Scott babble on in his Kiwi "accint".

I absolutely love this course--would give it more than 5 stars if I could! Dan is by far the best online teacher I've ever had. I feel like he is speaking just to me. He explains everything in a sequential way and his explanations are easy to understand and follow. He does not over explain or under explain information. At all times, you can see what he is doing, what buttons he is pressing, what files he is accessing, etc. He is an extremely talented photo editor with a wealth of diverse experience. Dan is engaging, friendly, enthusiastic, and just a joy to learn from. I'm signing up for his Photoshop class next!
