It just went over some very well known and basic concepts such as cutting out caffeine, and noise, and he's very much not the kind of person to get directly to the point, but it was overall worth checking out.

Very good tutorial. The course explains the reasons why you may have a bad dream. It also gives a series of solutions to create a night routine and to improve your space where you sleep. I would like the explanation to be more didactive and not so saturated with text.
