In this 7 Day TRX Strength and Flexibility Program I will teach you how to use your TRX or other suspension training tool at home and work the full-body. You can follow this program along and use it for a month or longer. Follow the progressions as indicated.
Not only will I teach you how to use the TRX, but I will also explain how to connect with your lats. A lot of people will find it hard to connect with the lats but I will show you some drills on how to connect with them, and more importantly, how to check whether you’re doing it right or not.
Each day of the week has a video explaining the exercises and the lecture will have additional info to read with the workout explained. Come and join me and follow along.
