the instructor is just reading his notes without any emotion . this is not teaching or engaging . i can read this free online. i don't need to pay for for this . what a waste of time and money . who allows these type pf people onto udemy . some standard should be maintained . the positive side is that if you want a free snooze you can listen to this guy droning on and on and fall asleep . his voice is basically a sleeping pill. yawn yawn ....

Dr. Jilesh explained the use and importance of using the Solfeggio frequency 528 Hz very well. I've known about the Solfeggio scale since 2009 and didn't know how powerful it was until a few years later. I never had the opportunity to use the scale until now.
