great course! loved all the different exercises. really helped you step out of your comfort zone in a fun way! another fantastic course by Chris! I've done most of his psychology, counselling and mindfulness courses and they're ALL fantastic!

I enjoyed this course a lot ... really nice challenges and I kept opening one challenge everyday to keep the excitement for me ... couldn't do all of them ... but I will definitely do the month challenge again in the future

I really enjoyed this course. All the activities and tasks were well thought out, achievable, and varied. When you watch the videos you feel that Chris is rooting for you and I liked the fact that he did the challenge along with us. I'm very grateful to him for making this course free.

Feel inspired to do more exercise and mediation, joined a yoga group. I haven't been for years in a group session but feel it's time and necessary to be more sociable.

I really liked this course a great deal and found it helpful. In the 30 day time slot I managed to do a number of things I never thought I would do, like for instance, go on a short cruise, I went out to a club with a relative and danced even though I didn't even know the steps and tried to copy and keep up with the others. I also passed a test. I spoke to some people in a support group and went to have some needles I hate at the doctor, I have to get back into my gym and diet however. but this has taught me how to approach challenges well. I hope the instructor Chris does another one of these for people who have serious trouble dating and finding a romantic partner and job hunting or book writing cuz I have looked on sites, at church, clubs and other places and sick of missing out on the good stuff and being stuck with bad poor old unsatisfying options or nothing.

The long hair immediately gave me the impression that the instructor was too inexperienced to give me useful advice. I take someone seriously who is willing to take themselves seriously in the manner in which they dress and present themselves. They may be used to the long hair but I am not. The music was also not my pick. Rap doesn't do it for me. So I immediately made an impression before even listening to the lectures. There are some good points to this course given in a lecture format same style all the way through. Not much variety and I didn't finish listening.
