Originally, I enrolled in this class for those days where I need to keep active but didn't have much time. It is geared more toward the beginner level but still offers variety and enough challenge to make me feel like I am doing something beneficial. Currently I am recovering from C-19 and I am finding this class to be perfect for this. It has a calm pace and helps me to counteract my shortness of breath. It's a perfect balance for my needs right now. The sound quality is not the best. However, I am glad to be enrolled in this class right now.
