I’ve struggled with jaw pain from clenching. I’ve tried a lot and with no success until now! The last resort was going to be Botox and then I saw this course. It has been a game changer for me. I can’t recommend this enough especially for anyone who has jaw muscular pain from clenching. Exercises are well explained and easy to follow. All of the other benefits make it even better. Me encanta , estos ejercicios nunca los había realizado ni los conocía , todos los cursos de yoga facial que había adquirido anteriormente , son muy similares y se repiten muchos de ellos , pero este es muy diferente y efectivo .Es muy sencillo de hacer y con resultados muy favorables

This is the 2nd face yoga course I did, and I watched some YouTube videos as well. But this course is the best! So many new exercises! And you can really feel your face muscles during the exercises. This course is all you need to build a good face yoga routine! And I love the explanations about the endocrine system and how everything is connected with our face muscles. Wow!

The instructions are very clear and the teacher is very good at explaining the exercises. Each lesson is short so it's not overwhelming. 10 minutes a day and you're done!
