Very much exceeded my expectations! I will be recommending this course to my supervisor for possible assignment to our Service Center Team. This will definitely allow us to communicate in open ways; offer feedback and allow those who need assistance (as well as those providing assistance) an open and honest exchange. Dialogues which will get everyone on the same page, or at least open tough channels which will strengthen and lift up our younger, inexperienced team members as well as provide valuable alternative views on HOW they are assisting.
