Description

Welcome to your 5 day Power YogaSculpt Challenge program!

   While we go through these flows, it is essential to check in with your breathing. However, throughout each class, I will cue for your "inhales and exhales", so that you can better connect your mind and body with the movements.

   This program promises to be challenging, yet fun! Set an intention for yourself before beginning the program. Maybe you just want to complete a challenge or start a healthy lifestyle; whatever it maybe, I suggest you affirm that you can and will accomplish that which you want!

   After this program, you should be left feeling challenged, more agile, and confident within oneself and body! Here at Surya Ananda Yoga, we truly believe in living and leading a satisfying life that combines both inner and outer happiness and joy.
