☑ Concentrated breathing coupled with movement will allow the student to discover their own "flow" uniquely crafted for their body
Welcome to your 5 day Power YogaSculpt Challenge program!
While we go through these flows, it is essential to check in with your breathing. However, throughout each class, I will cue for your "inhales and exhales", so that you can better connect your mind and body with the movements.
This program promises to be challenging, yet fun! Set an intention for yourself before beginning the program. Maybe you just want to complete a challenge or start a healthy lifestyle; whatever it maybe, I suggest you affirm that you can and will accomplish that which you want!
