I've been dealing with insomnia lately. I'm sitting in my bed wanting an easy don't think to hard self improvement video. Well, this one is a little gem. It's exactly what I had hoped to find. My bedroom is less cluttered. I'm journalling about my ideal bedtime routine. It's day one, so I can't tell you if I am sleeping any better, but I like it so far.

Good information on relaxation except the bathtub scene could have been left out. It would have been nice if you indicated there is a scene with you in the bathtub in it. That is something that could have been explained and not demonstrated or as a purchaser I would prefer to know in advance before purchasing material the contents.

Like other motivational courses, this one outlines more on what your problems are and where you should be, but not HOW to get there. Nevertheless, the course left me with a few good ideas, out of which one in particular amounts to 3 of the 4 stars. So, overall, worth taking the course.

This is a great course! I wish I were more flexible to be able to do all the poses. I do recommend this course highly!! The teacher is also lovely and engaging!

On one hand, I loved that course. It was full of very good tips, the yoga routine works wonders in a very short amount of time. It helped me reassess parts of my life for the better, especially my night routine, which I didn't have but now enjoy very much and I love getting back to the routine very regularly. On the other hand, 7 days was too short to have substantial effects, and I also needed quite a few attempts to know the routine before I felt comfortable and able to really relax. It may use more neck care IMO. The pace is fast (I'm more used to calmer routines before going to sleep), there's a lot of talking (difficult to concentrate sometimes), and I'm quite anxious, so Sadie fast paced and enthusiastic way of talking, which I usually love -not my only course with her- is quite distracting. That's also why I have issues using the meditations, which is a shame, since they're great (tested a few times too), but if I'm too anxious, it doesn't help me calm down. The worst part, and actually why I gave the course such an average rating even if it's not average quality content (once you get all the instructions and what they feel like in your body they are really great), is the day anxiety sequence in the end. First of all, I procrastinated doing it for months because it was an hour long. Switching from 10-20mn videos to an hour sequence is quite a big gap, and a discouraging one in my opinion. But I enjoy finishing stuff that is important to me as much as I can, and I'm doing 45mn yoga sequences regularly, so yesterday, feeling quite anxious and having skipped yoga practice the day before, I thought it was a great opportunity to take real good care of me and a great way to challenge myself. Boy was I wrong. This is high level fast paced yoga, definitely not for everyone! I do yoga to connect with myself, and didn't feel like I could connect at all. First because I didn't had the time because of the pace (quick transitions, you don't stay in the poses), second because of the difficulty and the absence of alternatives for people who can't put their knee over their shoulder (Whaaat? :O). I'm glad I have been practising yoga for a year now, with a teacher who's all about feeling good before anything else, otherwise I think I would have hurt myself trying poses I wasn't ready for. I ended up feeling quite discouraged, frustrated and not all relaxed. I use other short sequences which relax me 100x times better in 20mn. I was very disappointed, especially given the amount of courage I needed to start it and even more, finish it so I don't feel like a failure on top of that. To wrap it up : Thank you so much Sadie for the awesome content you share with us, it's been so helpful. But please, bear in mind Udemy users are often beginners or just not familiar with your specific approach of Vinyasa yoga and maybe think about presenting it in another more user friendly way so we can get out more of it more easily :)

I find Sadie's allignment principles to be very solid and greatly beneficial to the body's natural anatomy. She's clever, concise and has great tips for cutting out drama in one's life. Loved this and all of her videos.

Bed time Yoga was a bit of a disappointment - mostly because the poses were performed on the bed, rather that in the bed, as was advertized. I want Yoga where I don't have to actually get out of my bed to do the poses - particularly in the middle of the night.

I started this course having not done or taught in a long time due to injury. Lost all confidence! This course made me interested again and I have a lovely feng shui room now too!! Very happy! Lovely bedtime routine and amazing routing for day yoga!

But without the cray cray watch dangling in your face. The tips are really great. I love Feng Shui for the bedroom! It's true, I can't live in clutter and therefore I couldn't sleep in it either! The Yoga practices, breathing techniques and meditations are really powerful yet simple and very helpful. I am really excited to keep practicing these and to continuing to have better sleep in the future. Thank you Sadie. Namaste. x
