Yes, I like the mix of teaching with verbal guidance, videos, and experiential learning where we get to practice the yoga nidra practices ourselves. I find the practices very effective and she has a very soothing and lovely voice!

Having done a number of different fitness and wellbeing courses, I sometimes feel a lot of time is wasted in a group setting digressing from the subject in question. Whilst it is good to ask questions, seek opinions and engage in conversation, sometimes I feel the need to 'just get on with the task in question'. This was a good way for me to gain the knowledge I needed without feeling like I had wasted a lot of time which I do not have.
