The very intimidating first 3 classes made me think, oh boy, this will be a good one, instead all the remaining classes are just a repeat and very boring. Even in each class, you can tell that is made by modules used and reused for the length of the course. The instructor is very talented but overall I will not reccomend. Smoothies are delicious and one star is for those one!

Since these are repetitive exercises, I am now comfortable with them, but the first few days were very difficult to follow. For the first few days, the pace should be slow as we don't know what are the exercises, so it is difficult to follow along.

It was good and a bit difficult for the 1st time, however, felt Great stretching my body, I do wish tho that she would show alternate methods as well during the practice cause some of those poses are a bit difficult starting out

Namaste! It was a great feeling for straightly done the 1hr and 14minutes learning and slowly imitating this video starting at 9:30PM onwards. It iwas my first attempt on this Section 3 and unable to do the fly and half moon side position. I was heavily sweating the whole session, and I'm sure it will give me a good sleep later. Thank you Ms. Sadie for such an inspiring graceful body of yours.

The classes are the same. Nothing changes, so unfortunately you get bored to the day 4. Such a pity, I was expecting more of it.

practice is advanced and has no warm up sequance. following the instructions is a little bit hard. but it was empowering and nice movement.

the yoga practice sounds like a robot speaking the juices are very basic I expected that the program will be more holistic yoga and juice combined

The easy to follow and fully explained videos make for an excellent yoga course. The supplement drinks are an added bonus along with the lifestyle and dietary guidelines. And the ability to download all the materials for ongoing review is very useful and appreciated.

Plenty of great info on not only exercise, but also on how to act and what to eat in life. The yoga itself is quite repetitious witch is great for building strength and confidence. After only 1 week of the course I was twice as strong and confident! I am so close to doing a handstand for more than 7 seconds that I can taste it! .. or maybe that's just the power smoothie I taste ;)

I didn't lose much weight, about 3lbs in the entire 2 weeks, but at the same time I feel so much stronger than 2 weeks ago. I used to be very toned when playing high school sports, but fell out of routine the last few years. I can feel muscles I haven't felt in years, and it feels great! I did supplement breakfast or lunch with a smoothie, but I didn't do a great job cutting out fatty foods and such, which is probably why I didn't lose much. I'm going to keep doing these videos and the others she has on youtube, keep up the smoothies, and hopefully get better with my dinners :)
