Fantastic! I’ve got hip dysplasia and chronic arthritis in my really bad days I can’t get out of bed and my husband has to dress me. Finding this practice which I can do in bed that’s so gentle but so powerful! Wow! Game changer thank you so much!

it's actually really good to be a free course. Much more then expected and I have to say: great quotes!
I would have had 5 full stars if there was a class longer than an hour because yin yoga needs longer time!

I really think it's so lovingly to give out, these beautiful yoga sessions! I am thankful and I absolutely loved the videos and connecting with myself with the teaching. Very great quality of videos and also good audio (and voice to connect with).

Sarah Beth is absolutely one of the best yoga instructors! She is able to engage and keeps a pace that flows beautifully. Her voice is very soothing and her instructions clear. Loved every moment!❤?❤

Sarah's an amazing Yoga teacher!
About the video: Her voice is very soothing, and there's a gentle music playing in the background that kept me relaxed.
About the yoga: The way she progresses from one asana to the other is very gently yet very powerful. I've never felt a deeper stretch and/or this grounded ever before.
About me: I have a low back pain disk issue and these stretches really made me feel much better. I got this course a day ago, and I know that I will continue practicing this for the rest of my life!
