    • The first class, your free preview, will dive into a short yet powerful practice targeting the Sacroiliac Joint. Using two tennis balls, you will be guided through a myofascial release technique that relieves the SI joint, sacrum, & lower back. This practice is designed to alleviate joint pain & tightness, offering accessible & effective pain relief.

    • The second class is a full one-hour session dedicated to opening the shoulders. Through a combination of Yin yoga poses & myofascial techniques, you will release tension, reduce pain, & increase mobility & fluidity in your shoulder joint. In today's digital age, where we often find ourselves hunched over computers & phones, addressing the emotional stress & tightness that accumulates in the upper back area is crucial. This class aims to provide much-needed relief & restore balance to the shoulder girdle, which plays a vital role in our posture & breathing patterns.

    • The third class will focus on the feet—a highly beneficial area. Through yoga & myofascial release techniques, you will improve hamstring flexibility, alleviate sore feet, enhance posture, & achieve overall alignment throughout the body. By tapping into the fascia connections within our feet, we can unlock deeper healing & promote the optimal functioning of our organs.

    • The fourth class is a full hour of Yin Yoga, accompanied by a myofascial release technique targeting the outer hip/IT band area. This practice is designed to release tension, ease spasms, & relieve discomfort. Regularly practicing this class will keep your IT band supple and mobile, contributing to your overall well-being.

This is a great course that provides deep theroretical and practical knowledge about fascia as well as great techniques and practices that release myofascial tenderness or dysfunction. I already did the prectical sequences several times and will also do so in the future. I highly recommend this course.

It was an interesting combination of myofascial release and yin yoga. The explanations of the fascia and trigger points were very thorough and explained well and th emanual well prepared. I liked the 3 sessions where the various body parts were targeted and it was great to combine the long holds of yin yoga asanas with a myofascial release. Personally, I would like more myofascial release techniques though or a follow-up course with other target areas :-)

Very interesting course with all the basic information about the fascias! The theory is well explained in short videos and the long videos with the practices you could just watch or trying yourself directly. The script is a good supplement to the course.
