Over the years, these are tips that I have picked up and what I would have expected to be provided. I think everyone should take this course just to learn the 3 W's
I thought the 3Ws was good, but I thought it would've been a bit meatier. It would be nice if there was a quick test at the end to ensure the viewer has understood the subject matter. The test could provide multiple e-mail examples and the viewer could select what was wrong with the e-mail.
The section 2- How to assign tasks in emails...has already shown me why some of the to do's I sent out thru emails was ignored.
I was expecting "to the point" videos, with tips on how to improve my email writing skills. Few things are very obvious, but good for all level.
