Azure Pipelines integrates with GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, Azure Repos Git & TFVC and Bitbucket Cloud.  You can automate the build, testing, and deployment of your code to Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services or On-Premise also.  You can use many languages with Azure Pipelines, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, C#, C++, and Go.  Use Azure Pipelines to deploy your code to multiple targets. Targets include container registries, virtual machines, Azure services, or any on-premises or cloud target.

Continuous Delivery is a software development discipline where you build software in such a way that the software can be released to production at any time CD by itself is a set of processes, tools, and techniques that enable rapid, reliable, and continuous delivery of software. So, CD isn't only about setting up a pipeline, although that part is important.
