There were moments were the presentation was boring. I think It needs to incorporate more whiteboard than seeing the talking head. Otherwise, good content and helpful.

Not very engaging. Some portions have been hard to sit through. It may help to incorporate other learning tools (e.g.: video, polls, etc.) to enhance engagement. This is pretty much a straight lecture and Powerpoint format.

The Course was well researched and covered all most everything in workforce planning and use of analytics. I wish if the scenario were presented with actual dataset in excel and use different methods to solve workforce challenges.

It was an excellent course in that I have learned a lot of things like what is workforce analytics in an understandable way. In addition to that, I get to know about how most of the top-notch companies do on their improvement in their business by using analytics in the case studies Section. Moreover, the way he teaches makes me understand easily. I conclude that I would strongly recommend it to all individuals who are keen interest to study related analytics courses.

Some simulations of building a template would have been functionally supportive. The course gives a very strong foundation, but lacks toolkit orientation.

A lot of time the video focused on the trainer while he was still speaking on the slide...it became difficult to understand what the trainer was referring to. Also, faced lot of issues downloading documents attached, specially the answers of the assignment. I wasn't able to download at all.
