I'm halfway through the course but so far, I think it's a good match for what I was hoping to get out of it. I would have loved more information on turnover and retention as this is something I am trying to quantify at my job.

This course is worth the time and money. Highly recommended !! Throughout the only one thing bugged me, that was that the professor was speaking too fast and using a lower speed wasn't really helpful. Otherwise this course is the best!

Lots of information, case studies and real world stories and examples. A slide deck of the presentation, with speakers notes, or a training type manual/document would have been great for future reference.
