De todas las secciones que tiene solo debes de ver una, las demΓ‘s secciones no sirven para mucho y lo podΓ­a haber dividido mejor pienso yo, le pongo dos estrellas porque al menos aprendes algo. Pero hay cursos mejores.

Mainly curiousity brought me here, to learn more about how to manage mental health and focus during lockdown and also afterwards in this present moment when we experience a sort of half and half of 'on desk' - 'in presence' working sessions. The detailed explanation (based on science) of how delicate is to keep balance and follow a routine up to this point is a mind-opener. The proposed approach is engaging and you find yourself enjoying planned mini-breaks, mini-creative projects and mini-hands-on exercises that refresh mind and spirit and help mini-relaxation time which increases reaction time at working tasks and goals. My intention (one of the keywords of this Course, by the way) is to complete assignments and get a deeper understanding of what is expected also from that part. Really a smart Course, a sort of updated version of work-life balance to a grrater level of complexity. Ideal to watch also to increase the sense of connection in Virtual Teams at work. Great one!
