As a small business owner and freelancer for real estate acquisition and wholesaling for the past 3 years, I have to say that I still learned a lot from this course and KC. In fact, there were many aspects of the wholesaling business that my clients did not share or go into more detail beyond my actual tasks, and it was refreshing to finally understand the entire wholesaling process from start to finish. For example, the investors that I worked with never quite explained their process for finding comparables - I'm not sure if they didn't have a process or couldn't explain, or that they didn't want to explain it. However, KC's straightforward process has finally solved the mystery and I think that it's a great process that I wish I knew about when I first started working in this field. The reason why I was excited to take this course is because I feel that I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge as a freelancer and I am so passionate about this field that I felt ready to completely dive into this field as an actual wholesaler instead of simply assisting other investors' growth toward wealth. After completing this course from start to finish (in one sitting!) I definitely feel ready and have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and confidence with this course. While I am mostly interested in wholesaling, which is the first half of the course, I was also very intrigued with the remaining half of the course regarding fix/flip and buy/hold. What I like about KC is how down to earth he is, upfront about his experiences, and genuine in his approach to helping his students succeed. Additionally, I truly appreciated all of the resources that he included with such great care. I'm certain that I'll be headed toward my first wholesaling deal in no time at all! I am happy that I purchased this course, as well as another one by KC - he seems to be an inspiration in how he's built his business and how he extends this knowledge to his students.
