These exercises are good for other lady issues, not just incontinence. I have tried pelvic floor exercises before but wasn't able to really understand what to do. The instructor does a great job guiding you but she also has a model of the pelvic floor bones and muscle structure so you can visualize what you need to do. A totally unique class that I'm really excited about because I think that it will help me with my female health without having to take medication.
