I love everything Jenny teaches - she is incredibly easy to listen to and FULL of knowledge and wisdom. I very much appreciate her sharing with us what she has learned over the years and how when she teaches, she is able to get her desired message through while also offering up ideas that she may or may not also agree with, but it shows us options, I truly would take any class she teaches! <3

I was a bit intimidated to start this course, but Jenny made it easy to follow. This course brought me a lot of peace and hope, which is not what I was expecting. Jenny does not over complicate any of the steps and emphasizes your power as an individual. It almost felt like I was watching a cooking tutorial, Jenny gives you the recipe and shows you how she does it, but you can substitute any ingredient with what you like/feels good to you. This is the perfect beginner class and I feel ready and safe to move forward with my craft.
