Description
This course is explicitly created for waiters/servers to distinguish themselves from the pack by showing knowledge, skills, and a level of service unmatched by anyone else in the industry.
We split the course into four sections:
1. Wine - you will gain the confidence to talk freely about wine with your guests, suggest the perfect bottle of wine for their meal, and present, open, and serve a bottle of wine like a pro.
2. Spirits - the knowledge will help you perform quickly and efficiently when taking a drink order, suggesting a drink to a guest, or communicating with the guests and the bartender.
3. Non-alcoholic beverages - basic understanding of the importance of non-alcoholic drinks and their service.
4. Hot beverages - the basics of barista training! You will learn about coffee and tea, how to prepare the different coffee products, the difference between them, tea service, etc.
The goal of the training is to raise your level of knowledge and service to the top of our industry and help you grow, make more money, and live a better life.
By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to apply to the top fine-dining restaurants in every country in the world!
