Emotional Marketing is nothing new, but stirring up people's negative emotion to gain connection or win sales is shallow. The teaching was shallow and too basic.

As Oliver so rightly says, sales are based on emotions. You need to get inside the head of your prospect and understand his or her wants/needs/desires, etc. The course is clear and well presented (no time-wasting waffle) with excellent illustrated examples of the topics discussed. I certainly believe that if you apply the techniques given here you will get more sales. Although this course is short, there are more lectures to come and I look forward to learning more in due course.
