A good course to provide short snappy ideas, which gave me some food for thought in different areas. Some of these I already do, but added some different ideas to help with stress management and wellbeing, which I will use :)

Dear David, thank you very much for your reward. I really enjoyed, it is very inspirational, just as the lecture yesterday. I wish you all the best in future work. I could probably leave constructive critic, it is a minor thing, but in some of the videos the final, leaving scene(slide) is around 10-ish seconds, so if you have time, maybe to make it uniform in all the videos at about 3-5 seconds, so that the whole content flows a bit more smoothly.

I have taken the course in the hope that it would give me some tips when working with troubled secondary school pupils. It has certainly done that but also helped me with some strategies for myself (such as the book ) and I loved the speaker, who had such a warm realistic way of putting his message across.

I always thought o was really resilient especially given some of my life experiences but, I am disconcerted to find that the whole lockdown situation has really given me anxiety. This course was just what I need to get my thoughts back on track....just need to set a plan and keep it up for 21 days minimum now! Thanks David ?

Very grateful for this course, such a wealth of useful ideas and incredibly timely under the circumstances. I shall certainly be implementing lots of this when I return to school next week, and have already been using some of it in my home life. I'm a few days in to my 21 day rule of things to make me happy which is going well, and the deep breathing has already helped in moments needing patience and relaxation.
