I purchased the course believing I could understand more about habit building and indeed I learned a few handy tips. However, the bulk of the course is either common sense, or information I've already learned previously. Braco is a really personable chap and he speaks in a very human and understandable fashion, which makes the information very easy to take on and digest. My biggest gripe with this course is nothing to do with Braco, but with the LSA. The absolutely awful promotional videos I had to sit through were painful, robotic and not what I wanted to pay money for. I'd recommend this course to anyone who wants a sit down guide to address habits and how to address them. I would tell anyone who has spent more than a bit of time doing research on diet management to avoid it.

not what I thought it was. I don't like good and bad foods. I don't believe that and I don't believe exercise will cause weight loss.

Very simple and powerful course. Simple to understand, logical and easy to understand. The assignments really help you in reflecting over what has been learnt during the previous sections and through feedback, you get to understand how others think and what is their approach towards the idea/ activity. Yes. It is very useful for myself to analyse my eating habits which will give a good impact. I am going to teach this to educators , as I am being in academic and admin areas, where , educators mostly put on weight due to unwanted food intake and non-eating timings. So far the information is nothing new or that I cannot find with a simple google search. Also the videos are too short to explain anything in detail and sometimes the volume of the video is not consistent it goes up and down. Although the speaker is very eager and seems passionate about his topic it is just that he's not saying much except for generalities that almost anyone who has been at a dietitian knows.

I really enjoyed this course and truly believe that weight loss starts with your brain. Braco really understands that in order to really lose weight, you need to do more than just buy healthy food and a gym membership. I also like that the tools he gives us to succeed are not for a quick fix type of solution, but for a lifestyle change that would sustain your weight loss or any other healthy change you make in your life.

Braco gets to the core of how habits are followed and simplifies change and creation of new habits in a comfortable, relatable manner. I can already see how this would be very successful, and I am already thinking about my own new routine although I am just a few minutes into the course.
