Hey ho! Now I'm an expert on a single random person's experience and personal conclusions.... (see refA) Honestly: I actually agree with most of the conclusions; I just wouldn't pay for someone's personal take on a few cherry-picked papers (see refB) and call it a course; I can get many lists of general tips in YouTube for free. - Example: "[because it worked for me and my friend] A bottle that you like will help you to drink more water." Therefore; I can't --obviously-- recommend this course, but I must repeat that I DO AGREE with many of the conclusions and I appreciate the teacher's effort. I just believe that personal opinions without guarantees should NEVER be paid for and it's misleading to call that a course. - RefA: There's a Medical Disclaimer available at the END of the course. This is a good course because Boomy comes from a place of experience. He tells you exactly what he did and why he did it. He has proof to back up his claims and he is passionate about what he is saying. All these things work together to give him solid credibility. The big takeaway is that we all have to do what works for us and Boomy tells you how he did it. While I will likely not go the route he took, 100%, there is so much value in what he says, that I can use the bulk of it to plan out where I go from here. Thanks, Boomy.
