It's perfect for who is interested in weight loss 'with' machines. If you like only bodyweight training, this course is not for you. Excellent explanations.

This course made me realize a couple of things that should have been obvious before that I was missing. Which I didn't account for before. i.e. My overall calorie expenditure. I am overweight so I have access to a lot more than what consume externally. up until now I never thought of it that way.
