Whether I pay for, or get a freebie course from Stephen Luc, I always learn so much more about what I already do know and better, I learn how much I don't know. Terrific dialog, videos, outline, content- WOW!

I learned a lot from Web Guard Dog WordPress Security. I have hidden my version number, used the tip on wp-config.php, and my eBooks that I sell are now protected.

I found the course very easy to follow, no steps were left out so was easy to implement on my sites, bringing greater peace of mind. Another plus is that most of the solutions Stephen recommends are free but when recommending a paid product or service, he recommends a low-cost resource as much as possible and more importantly, tells us what he uses himself in his own business.

I give 4 star, because I was expecting more advanced coding course. This course great(5 star) for webmaster but 4 star for beginner-intermediate web programmer like me(but still worth it).

Very good for entry level as well as intermediate WordPress users. Clear and actionable instructions, plus a few new tips you usually don't concentrate on. Very well laid out and presented with interest in your Site Security. Would liked to see more advanced Features.

I was hacked a couple of years ago and have spent the better part of a year leaning how minimize this from happening again. I have learned more in this one WordPress security course than I have in all the other courses I have taken combined. Great job WebGardDog!

3 Things I like about this course: 1.The LastPass Tutorial 2.The Google Authenticator Video 3.The fact he gives you two freelancers to use on fiverr.com to setup security. Good Stuff

I was only about 50% through the course and realized I really needed this course. I thought I was fairly well versed in website security. Turns out, I wasn't as well versed as I thought. The content raised questions I didn't know I even needed to ask. Also had me re-framing some of my previously held concepts for securing videos and photographs. Good tidbits for all. Highly recommend this course to beginners as-well-as intermediate website developers

I know the creators of this course are still planning to add some lectures to this course regarding backups, etc... But... With all the experience, know-how, and troubleshooting and testing I've done with WordPress Security over the last 6 months and counting, I can say for a FACT that this course is a MUST have. I have a lot of resources free and paid that stem from protecting and securing WordPress sites... ...And I still found several weapons that I can also add to my arsenal. For those that use the automatic 5-minute install method your WordPress Security measures should start RIGHT HERE!

I liked that each video is short and to the point. The basics are very important and I know many people don't even do those. The following 3 sections add a HUGE element of security - fairly easily. Since I don't use C-panel, it was great to get the link for backing up with XCloner. Great job. Warmly, Ellie

I have been using WP for a number of years and thought I had a pretty good idea of how it all worked. The videos are easy to follow, with information and links to WP plugins and other security sites. "pause & do" makes it easy to learn as you go along.

There are some greats tips in here and if you are worried about Wordpress security (or are just curious like me) this course will definitely show you what can be done in a tutorial kind of way. Actions are usually quick and effective and the addition of general website protection is a plus. I do think it is rather expensive if you actually pay full price for this. This is a great guide with basically a nice list of follow-up actions to perform but you won't become an expert in security by any means just because you installed some Wordpress plugins. I did not pay full price for it so I felt like I had my money's worth and can recommend it to someone who simply wants to protect their site a little bit more.
