This was a good course and I was surprised by the end to see how developed the website ended up. I faced several code issues throughout, but this encouraged me to double check my code and it was quite satisfying to see it working as it should once I figured out my errors

I was a beginner with no previous knowledge, this course made everything crystal clear while before i couldn't understand how coding worked, i tried different video courses on youtube but without success, the way that subjects are teached is very practical so easy to follow and understand as the explanation is accompanied by real life demonstrations. If you are a total beginner and you know nothing and cannot come out with anything making sense, this will fix all your issues (it worked for me).

You get to make a website from scratch. I was continually impressed throughout the course by what I picked up just be following along with him. I highly suggest you do as he does, when he goes to a website and copies the script and/or lorem ipsum please take the time to do it also. By the end of the course I can say that I could make another simple website by myself. He goes over everything just not in-depth. This course is an overall guide/how-to/ lessons on making a website and not a class just on javascript or html or css. They all flow together seamlessly and I understood how they all work together by taking this course. I highly recommend this. The audio was great, no trouble hearing him. The lesson flow was in order, no jumping around, you can tell that he took time to make this course and it shows. In the last half of the course he asks questions if you knew what you did wrong. If you pause the lesson and actively search out the problem its just one more lesson that he built into the course. It's very laid out extremely well and builds up to the final website. I was left more than one time extremely frustrated at the screen but that was because of user (my) error. I didn't pay attention to ; vs : or a capital vs non cap letter. So just a heads up, pay attention. The only, and I mean only, gripe is the updates to the browers. Some of the script doesn't translate to every browser so it's a headache trying to figure out how to fix it. This isn't Mr. Bergers fault because technology updates so frequently. He does address the issue at the end of the lesson by adding another video on how to fix web browser compatibility. Also, I emailed him a question and he got back to me with a fix within 2 days. Awesome! He is very professional and I'm going to purchase his other courses too. I learned so much in this course and am so glad that I took this.

I took this course because I'd tried Brad's free quick introduction to HTML and CSS course. I liked his teaching style, and this course seemed to have some more depth too it, so I decided to give it a try. I am very happy with the amount of content, and the scope of the course. There are some things it doesn't touch on but it on the fairly large range of topics it covers, Brad has you coming back to them at different times, and by the time you finish the course, you've got a great idea of what you should do next.

Mr. Bradley is a very good teacher and the information is given in a very progressive way. Yes, "by doing" is the best method. Thanks

Very detailed and easy to understand. I hope instructor creates more courses for other programing languages the same way he made this one.

I didn't know anything about html or css or javascript or any of this stuff, I knew it was an interest because of 12 years of art, but wasn't sure where to start. I stumbled upon this site on accident while googleing something completely different, and decided to search around it for a bit. I saw the beginning version of this lesson, the free one, and I took it. I bought this the minute I finished the free lesson. You will learn everything you need to know to build your site and then some. I recommend this and once I get paid, I will be buying the javascript one from him. Again, Worth every single penny!

I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this course, I am done with my first time through and it has really pushed me. I never realized how complex a site could be. I have learned so much through this course, and feel a few steps closer to my goal of being a web designer. Thanks Brad and God bless.

I just finished my first run-through for this course and I must say this. Even though I have been working with HTML and CSS for many years, I have learned more than just the new versions by following this course. So much information laid out in a logical format that encourages a person to expand beyond the bounds of the tutorial. I highly recommend this for beginners, and those who know some HTML and CSS already.

Hey, Guys, Tom Arillotta, here. I just wanted to say that thanks to Bradley's Intermediate course, I have been able to learn html5 and css3 and use this knowledge to START MY OWN WEB DEV BUSINESS!!! Bradley takes even the most unexperienced newbie like me and explain in bite-size-info nuggets exactly how to step-by-step make one fantastic website; thereby giving me the insight and knowledge to apply my teachings to developing ANY website I can envision. I am looking forward to this more "advanced" web dev course. But still, only after taking this particular course was I able to go out into the working world and start my dream job. YO DA MAN, BRADLEY!!! Tom Arillotta

An extremely enjoyable course, which although at times really fast paced teaches a tremendous amount about HTML5 and CSS3. The fast pace (at times) should not bother anyone because if they payed attention it should be pretty clear. If not, there is always the possibility to re-watch that video. The biggest question I have is whether I will be able to retain all the new-found knowledge. I believe that I will return to this course quite a few times to re-enforce that new knowledge. An excellent course for anyone trying to break into the programming of HTML5 websites!! Thanks Bradley, for a job extremely wel done!

This course is very comprehensive and it does a very thorough job of sharing over-the-shoulder code and showcasing a live website mockup from start to finish. Pay particular attention to Section 7. There's money to be made using responsive design layout - and truthfully, Bradley does an exceptional job showing YOU how to effectively use media queries within your CSS to account for different screen sizes and devices. In the beginning I said this was a comprehensive course. Well... now that I finished this course in its entirety - I NOW have a comprehensive understanding and use for how to style my CSS to include a multitude of very stylish pages and advanced layouts.

This course is ideal for those with little to no web development experience. The explanations tend to be complete without being long-winded and the follow-along teaching technique works very well. The entire course is very practical, focusing on tools and techniques that will make your website stand out. You get to touch on a little bit of JQuery, but it only skims the surface of the topic. There was a small selection of concepts that needed a little more detail (clears and floats were a bit confusing), but a quick Google search on them while the video is paused cleared them up. There were a couple minor errors, but the instructor seems very willing to make corrections, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if those errors vanished in the next little while.

After reading a few books, and doing a course or two elsewhere it was great to actually work through making a site and see how a professional does this. Bradley's style is easy to follow and it was a pleasant surprise to have the tutor message me personally when I came unstuck within just a little while of me posting my question. Thanks again and I look forward to playing with the pricing table and making it responsive. Cheers!
