Overall, I think there is way too much fluff in his presentation. I recommend skipping the first 3 chapters entirely as all he does is tell you what he is going to cover. That is an hour and a half of sitting through frivolous talking. Also, there is nothing covering day-to-day management such as how to swap or move extensions. The videos are too long for what he is talking about, gaps in his speech, you can tell his dialogue is off-the-cuff. Having some sort of outline with bullet points of what he is going to actually say would have been very helpful. Very painful to sit through. If his thoughts and speech were more precise and to the point as well as covering day to day things things course would have been 5 stars. So glad I didn't pay full price. I found a much better course on youtube by Paul Browning CCNA Voice, and it's free.

Course is really Great! But Voice is vey low,even with earphones also difficulty to understand....while stating of video back ground music is getting in very high,if we can get same sound ,then this cousre is super! Covered most of the topics!!!

For a complete novice like me this was nice and easy to take in. For this course I have 65 pages of notes. Bear in mind I truly did only have a limited concept of how the cucm worked, so this course help lots.

I have learnt a lot from him and really glad for that. Don't worry if you have zero knowledge about Collaboration or CUCM, everything is covered from scratch. I was so scared about some of the topics previously and I tried to learn some collaboration but couldn't, however by the help of this course now I'm feeling confident enough to administer CUCM.
