The course is not helpful at all. the communication is not good, he wont explain concepts and what he is going to explain, just start something goes to gui and just go through menus not explaining what each menu option. i will not recommend this course at all.

This course covered only User related configurations. Other system wide configurations like Dial plan, Trunks, Inter-Cluster Trunking, SRST could have been included to make it more interesting.

Loved it! So much information broken down into bite sizes. I am an intermediate user and everything was very helpful. I wished I knew of Veyhurdam training a few years earlier, nevertheless; I am happy I found it now. Highly recommend this training to anyone serious about CUCM.
